The company has been established since 1981 and we moved our head office to Thailand 1993 in order to establish our selves in the property business. We conduct our business in English, Swedish and Thai language.
 We are a family owned company with our base in Hua Hin Thailand. Our main business is in the fields of administration and development of land and properties. We design and build our own projects and by using our own
construction team we can control the quality from the beginning until the house is ready for moving in.
Long before the property boom started in Hua Hin we could sense the potential for future property development in the area. At this early stage the company acquired land plots and the first house project was ready 1996. To call us a pioneer in the property business is appropriate. Since the start over 200 houses has been build all under supervision by us.
The company has continuously progressed with sincere business ethics always present in the decision making process. We believe that we have the ability to learn about and understand what the market need and with the professionalism to adjust accordingly.
If you want to develop your own house project or buy land as an investment we have plots of land in good locations. The land plots are fully or partly owned by our self. We don’t act as a broker or agent for other developers, or landowners.
