Houses are rented fully-furnished or without furniture, while our company maintains the gardens. If you choose to rent fully-furnished, we change linens and towels once a week, and house cleaning is done by tenants. However, house cleaning services are available at reasonable rates.
Cable TV and internet are provided free of charge.
The 150 square-metre houses boast a large veranda, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, and a large open-plan living room. Air-conditioning is installed in all bedrooms, water heaters are fitted in the bathrooms, and the kitchen is sleek, modern and functional. Gardens are well-manicured by our staff. Also provided in the rent is a large common swimming pool with a separate children's pool attached, located 5 minutes walk from the houses.
